CHELSEA HOTEL, TORONTO UNDERGOING MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR RENOVATION
FIRST HOTEL OF THE LANGHAM HOSPITALITY GROUP IN CANADA

The soon to be branded Chelsea Hotel, Toronto is pleased to announce that renovations are underway and include the lobby, Market Garden Restaurant and several new Eaton brand signature features. These exciting changes will bring a fresh and vibrant environment to the hotel while offering an honest, comfortable and effortless experience for the smart traveler.

Upon completion at the end of June 2013, the newly renovated Market Garden Restaurant will feature an Eaton brand signature – "Express O" Coffee Kiosk - offering patrons a 'plug n play' option while enjoying a beverage on comfortable and modern high level seating. The T|Bar (formally the Elm Street Lounge) – another Eaton brand signature, will be included in the lobby renovation. This vibrant and visible hot spot will offer a lively location for friends and business colleagues to enjoy Toronto's best Canadian cocktail – the Caesar – and James Cushinan, bars & lounges manager, is looking forward to launching an Eaton 'spin' on this popular mixed drink.

Eaton is all about sustainable living through eco-friendly hospitality solutions. With this in mind, the Chelsea Hotel will include a "Vertical Garden" into the newly designed lobby – to create a soothing atmosphere for today's busy travelers. Connectivity is key, and Eaton has it covered with complimentary WiFi as well as an E Point business area.

As the hotel continues to deliver an enhanced guest experience and set the benchmark within its competitive set, renovations will include extensive interior upgrades to all function and meeting facilities on the second and third floors – all of which will take place during the third quarter of 2013.
